# You can see it, correct it, and switch it off.

Team0 holds an understanding of your work, so it has to be one you can inspect and control. Here is what you can do, and what we do on our side.

## Nothing hidden from you.

Everything Team0 understands can be opened to see its source, who said it, and what it replaced. Every agent request is kept with exactly what was sent back.

See the source
:   Each statement links to the email, meeting or document it came from.

See every agent read
:   The exact request and what Team0 gave back, for every connected agent.

Correct it once
:   Fix something in one place and every agent reads the fix.

## Stopping, removing and deleting are different things.

Each control does one specific thing. So you always know what an action will and won’t do.

| When you | What happens |
| --- | --- |
| Stop an agent from saving | It can still read. Nothing new from it is added. |
| Stop all access for an agent | Its next request is refused. Your other agents are not affected. |
| Disconnect a source | Team0 stops reading it right away. What it learned before stays visible until you remove it. |
| Remove something Team0 learned | One item at a time, and you can see where each came from before you do. |
| Close your account | Your personal information is deleted within 30 days, apart from anything we are legally required to keep. |

## On our side.

The short version. The full statement is on our security page.

CASA Tier 2 certified
:   Assessed by an authorised external lab against the OWASP application security standard, renewed every year. We do not hold SOC 2 and do not claim it.

Not used for training
:   Your content is not used to train anyone’s models.

Kept apart
:   Each customer’s data sits in its own database space, and the server decides which one a request may touch.

Staff don’t browse it
:   Production access is limited and audited. If we need to look at something to fix a problem you reported, we ask first.

One region
:   Everything runs in one region in the United States. There is no choice of country today.

Agents get their own keys
:   Every agent connects with its own access, which you can change or revoke without affecting the others.
