Team0 is the company behind an AI Chief of Staff built on a living World Model. We are building for people who carry the whole picture of a business themselves: founders, consultants, coaches, freelancers, and small teams where every promise still routes through one person.
Why Team0 exists
A Chief cannot help if you have to reconstruct the company first.
Most AI starts with a prompt and assembles context for that moment. Team0 maintains a working model of the people, projects, decisions, commitments, and evidence in your world as they change. That lets your Chief notice the meeting that needs preparation, the promise that is slipping, or the follow-up that can already be drafted. The goal is relief, not another system to operate: she does the work; you make the calls.
The company was founded by Yogev Ben-Tov, a five-time founder and former Salesforce product leader, in Rehovot, Israel. Team0 grew from his own need for a partner who could keep the whole business in view without being re-briefed every morning. Today the same system is used by independent business owners and founders who want a team member—not another blinking cursor waiting for instructions.
What we believe
Useful AI needs to know what is still true, what changed, what conflicts, where a belief came from, and what it should not assume.
That belief shapes the product and its boundaries. Customer data is isolated and is not used to train generalized AI models. People can inspect and correct what Team0 understands. External agents reach the Chief through explicit, revocable connections. Team0 is CASA Tier 2 certified, and its public security and privacy pages document the controls behind those statements.
