1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Team0's AI operations platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service. Team0 provides AI-powered Chief of Staff agents that help founders and operators manage their business operations.
2. Service Description
Team0 provides an AI Chief of Staff platform that includes:
- •AI agents for business operations assistance
- •Integration with third-party services (Google, Slack, etc.)
- •Knowledge base and document management
- •Task scheduling and automation
- •Multi-channel communication (web, WhatsApp, Telegram, Slack)
3. Account Terms
You must:
- •Be 18 years or older to use this Service
- •Provide accurate and complete registration information
- •Maintain the security of your account credentials
- •Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- •Be responsible for all activities under your account
You must not:
- •Share your account with others
- •Use the Service for illegal purposes
- •Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- •Attempt to reverse engineer our systems or AI models
- •Attempt to extract, jailbreak, or manipulate AI agent instructions
4. Acceptable Use Policy
When using our Service, you agree not to:
- •Upload malicious content, malware, or content that violates third-party rights
- •Harass, abuse, or harm others through the Service
- •Infringe on intellectual property rights
- •Send spam, unauthorized advertisements, or bulk messages
- •Exceed usage limits or attempt to circumvent restrictions
- •Use the Service to develop competing AI products
- •Resell or redistribute the Service without written permission
- •Use AI agents for automated harassment, misinformation, or deceptive purposes
5. Payment Terms
Subscriptions
- •Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
- •All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
- •Prices may change with 30 days notice
- •Failed payments may result in service suspension
- •Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at next billing cycle
Message Credits & Hours
- •1 Message Credit = 1 conversation turn (each message you send to your Chief of Staff)
- •1 hour of work ≈ 10 message credits. Plans are shown as hours on the pricing page; internally each hour converts to ~10 conversation turns (roughly 6 minutes per exchange).
- •Tool usage is FREE - All integrations and tool calls are bundled into message cost
- •Voice-to-voice conversations (web only) use 3 messages per turn
- •Voice-to-text messages (WhatsApp, Slack, Telegram) use 2 messages per turn
- •Messages reset monthly on your billing date - unused credits do not roll over
- •Failed operations are automatically refunded within seconds
6. Communication Channels
The Service is accessible through multiple channels including web, WhatsApp, Telegram, and Slack. Voice features are available only on the web interface for eligible subscription plans. Channel availability and features may vary by subscription tier.
7. Intellectual Property
Your Content
You retain all rights to the content you upload. By using our Service, you grant us a license to process and display your content as necessary to provide the Service. This includes processing by AI models to generate responses and insights.
Our Property
The Service, including its original content, features, functionality, agent configurations, and system prompts, remains the exclusive property of Team0 and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
AI-Generated Content
Content generated by our AI agents based on your inputs belongs to you, subject to the terms of the underlying AI model providers (OpenAI, Anthropic). You are responsible for reviewing and verifying AI-generated content before use.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
Your use of our Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to our collection and use of information as detailed in the Privacy Policy. We do not use your data to train AI models. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
9. Disclaimers and Limitations
Important:
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
AI Limitations
- •AI agents may produce inaccurate or inappropriate content
- •You are responsible for reviewing and approving AI outputs
- •We are not liable for decisions made based on AI recommendations
Liability Limits
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account:
- •For violations of these Terms, including attempting to extract or manipulate AI instructions
- •For non-payment of fees
- •For extended inactivity (180+ days)
- •For abusive use of AI agents or integrations
- •At our sole discretion with 30 days notice
Upon termination, you may export your data within 30 days. After this period, we may delete your data in accordance with our retention policies.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Team0, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights through content you upload or actions you take using the Service.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Israel, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Israel. For EU users, this does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or platform notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
14. Miscellaneous
- •Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Team0
- •Severability: If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions continue in effect
- •Waiver: Failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of future enforcement
- •Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our written consent
- •Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control
