The basics

What is Team0?

Team0 plugs into the AI agents you already use, so every one of them starts from what’s true about your work: your people, commitments and decisions. It builds that understanding from the work you connect, keeps it current as things change, and gives each agent you connect a read of it. We call it Living Understanding.

Who is it for?

Anyone who works with more than one AI agent and is tired of explaining the same things to each of them. Founders, builders, consultants and operators use it most. Team0 is built around one person’s work today.

What problem does it solve?

Each agent learns on its own and keeps what it learns to itself. Switch agents and you start over. Use three and you explain your week three times. Team0 keeps one understanding on your side and gives it to all of them, so a new agent starts where you are.

Do I have to write anything down or keep it organised?

No. Team0 builds the understanding from the work you connect, like email, calendar, meetings and documents, and from the conversations your agents save back. There are no notes to write and nothing to tidy.

Isn’t this the same as the memory in ChatGPT or Claude?

Those keep what they learn inside their own product. Switch to another agent and it knows none of it, and they only know what you told them. Team0 sits on your side, learns from your actual work, and gives the same understanding to every agent you connect.

My agents already share a notes file. Why do I need this?

It works at first. Then the file grows, key details get summarised away, and the story of what actually happened is lost. You end up maintaining it, and every agent reads a slightly different version of you. Team0 does that work for you: it keeps one understanding current from the work itself.

Why “understanding” and not “memory”?

Memory stores what was said. Understanding keeps track of what is still true. When a deal changes hands, the new owner replaces the old one and the old one moves to history. A customer asking for something is kept as a request, not a promise. Things nobody knows yet stay marked as unknown instead of being guessed.

Getting started

How do I get access?

Team0 is in a private beta and access is by invitation. If you don’t have an invitation, join the waitlist on the site and we’ll send you one. If someone shared an invitation link with you, open it and enter your email to get your sign-up link.

How long does setup take?

A few minutes. Join, connect your sources (start with Google), then connect your agents. After that there is nothing to maintain.

How it works→

Which sources can I connect?

Start with your Google account: Gmail, Google Calendar and documents you add from Drive. You can also connect work tools like GitHub, Notion, HubSpot and Jira, money tools like Stripe and QuickBooks, upload meeting transcripts and add documents directly.

See every source→

Can it learn from my meetings?

Yes. Upload a meeting transcript (TXT, Markdown, SRT or VTT, up to 10 MB) and Team0 adds what was said to your understanding. What is said in a meeting is kept as “heard” until something confirms it.

How soon is it useful?

Team0 starts reading as soon as you connect a source, and the understanding fills in as your sources sync. New work arrives as it syncs, not instantly.

Your agents

Which agents work with Team0?

Claude Code, Codex, ChatGPT, Claude, Claude Cowork, OpenClaw, Hermes, Town, Lindy, monday.com and Base44 today, with more coming. Most agents that support MCP can connect too.

Works with→

How do I connect an agent?

In Team0, open Agents and choose Connect an agent. Team0 walks you through it. Each agent gets its own access, which you can change at any time.

Do my agents use Team0 automatically?

Codex, Claude Code, OpenClaw and Hermes read Team0 on their own before they answer. The others, like ChatGPT, Claude, Lindy and monday.com, decide for themselves when to look, so mentioning Team0 in your request makes sure they do.

Do my agents save what I tell them?

By default, yes. After each turn, Team0 receives your message and the agent’s final reply. It doesn’t open your files or watch the agent’s tools, but anything inside a message comes with it, including what you paste. Team0 pulls out what matters and deletes the conversation itself after 7 days. What it learned stays, with the line each piece came from. What an agent says is kept as “the agent said”, never treated as fact on its own.

Can I stop an agent from saving, or cut it off?

Yes, per agent. One switch stops an agent from saving while it keeps reading. Another cuts it off completely, and its next request is refused. Other agents are not affected.

Can I see what an agent read?

Yes. Every read keeps the exact request and what Team0 returned, and you can see each read an agent made over the last 30 days.

Can my agents talk to each other?

Yes. Ask one agent to message another, and the message waits in that agent’s Team0 inbox until it next checks. Replies come back to the agent that asked. It’s on by default and you can switch it off per agent.

Is there a limit on how many agents I connect?

No. Connect every compatible agent you use. There are no per-agent fees.

Can I build my own agent or product on Team0?

Yes. Any MCP client can connect to Team0’s MCP server, and products can use the HTTP API. Both are in the invite-only beta.

How the understanding works

What does Team0 keep track of?

The people and companies in your work, how they relate to you, commitments, decisions, open questions and what changed. Every statement keeps who said it, when, and the source it came from.

What happens when something changes?

The new version becomes current and the old one moves to history instead of sitting next to it. A correction made once reaches every agent you connect.

What if it gets something wrong?

Every statement shows where it came from, so you can check it. Correct it or remove it once, and every agent reads the fix. Extraction can misread, which is exactly why every statement shows its source.

Trust and control→

Does it trust everything it reads?

No. A request is not a commitment, something heard in a meeting stays “heard” until confirmed, and nothing an agent or a model says is trusted automatically. Silence never counts as something being done.

Does it know everything from day one?

No. It knows what your connected sources and agents have shown it, and it gets fuller as they sync. When it doesn’t know something, it says so instead of guessing.

Privacy and security

Do you train AI models on my data?

No. Your content is not used to train anyone’s models.

Who can see my data?

Your data is kept in its own separate space, apart from every other customer. We don’t browse customer content. If we ever need to look at something to fix a problem you reported, we ask first.

Which AI models process my data?

The main model, and search, run inside our own AWS account. A few smaller jobs use outside providers, and the security page lists each one with exactly what it receives.

Security→

Is Team0 certified?

Team0 holds CASA Tier 2, assessed by an authorised external lab and renewed every year. It’s the assessment Google requires of apps that handle restricted Google data. We don’t hold SOC 2.

Where is my data stored?

In one region in the United States, encrypted in transit and at rest. We don’t offer regional data residency.

What can each agent see?

Only what you allowed that agent. Its access is applied inside the query that reads your understanding, so what it may not see is never retrieved.

What happens if I disconnect a source?

Team0 stops reading it. What it learned before stays until you remove it.

Can I delete my data?

Yes. Remove any statement and it stops being used immediately. If you close your account, your personal information is deleted within 30 days, apart from what the law requires us to keep.

Privacy policy→

Pricing and your account

How much does it cost?

$99 a month or $986 a year, with no per-source or per-agent fees. It’s a private beta price that subscribers keep for at least 12 months.

Pricing→

Is there a free trial?

Yes, 7 days, and no credit card is needed to start.

What happens after the trial?

Subscribe to keep your understanding current. If you don’t, your account is paused and your existing data stays safe during the retention period.

Can I invite other people?

Yes. Once you’re in, you can send invitations from inside Team0.

Can my team use it?

Team0 is built around one person’s work today. If you want it for a team, write to us.

What is the Chief?

The Chief is an optional AI chief of staff that works from the same understanding. It can prepare briefs and meeting prep, handle your inbox and carry work over days. You don’t need it to use Team0 with your own agents.

The Chief→

How do I get help?

The support page has every way to reach us, and a person answers.
