Every relationship, already on the record.

A living record of everyone you deal with, every person, every company, and what is open with them, written from your mail, calendar, and meetings. Not by you. The record a CRM promises, except nobody has to keep it.

How it works

The record writes itself.

Every person and company you email, meet, or get on a call with gets a record, assembled from what actually happened. No forms, no logging, no database to keep up to date. It is current precisely because it was never yours to maintain.

The CRM that is finally not empty.

Ask any record a question.

What did Dana and I agree on? Who introduced me to Northpeak? When did this go quiet? You ask in plain words, and the record answers from everything it has seen, and tells you where it knows it from.

The answer is in the record, not in your head.

Wrong once, wrong never again.

Every fact shows where it came from. See a bad works-at link or a stale title, and you correct it or delete it. She stops using it, and she will not re-learn it from your sources. Two of the same person become one.

It gets more right the more you touch it, not less.

It knows where each one stands.

On every account, an honest read of the relationship: client, partner, or investor, a live opportunity, the money that has actually moved, and how recently you spoke. Derived from real signals, never a made-up pipeline stage.

The state of the relationship, without pretending to certainty you do not have.

What she will not fake

It is not a pipeline. On purpose.

She will not invent deal stages from your email, because guessing negotiation from a thread is how every CRM ends up lying to you. She records the opportunity she can actually see, marks a deal confirmed only when it truly is, and leaves the rest as what it is: a relationship, in motion.

Questions

How is this different from a CRM?

A CRM is an empty database you have to fill and keep current, and it rots the moment you stop. This fills itself from your mail, calendar, and meetings, stays sourced, and answers questions. The record a CRM promises, without the upkeep.

Can I trust what it says?

Every fact shows where it came from. When it is wrong you correct or delete it, and it will not re-learn the mistake. It says amount not stated over a guess, and it will not invent a deal stage.

Does it track my deals and pipeline?

Not as a guessed pipeline, deliberately. It records the opportunity it can actually see on a relationship, and marks a deal confirmed only when it comes from a real source like HubSpot or you promoting it. No made-up stages.

What can I ask a record?

Anything it would know from your history. What you last agreed, who connected you, what is still open, when you last spoke. It answers in plain words, with the source.
