The enquiry you would have missed, answered.

She has her own inbox and sits on your website. A stranger asks about your services, your pricing, your availability, and she answers from what is public, captures them as a lead, and pulls you in the moment it needs you.

How it works

She answers your website. Day or night.

Drop one line of script on your site and a concierge sits in the corner. A visitor asks about your services, your pricing, your availability, and she answers from your public business facts. Nothing to run, nothing to train.

The 11pm visitor gets a real answer, not a contact form.

She has her own email address.

A stranger emails her cold and she answers from your public information, restricted to public scope, never your calendar or client work. Give the address out, or CC her into a thread and she takes the coordination.

A real reply went out while you were asleep.

Nobody who reaches out slips through.

The moment someone leaves a name and an email, it is captured as a lead you can see, with the whole conversation, and forwarded straight to your Slack. No enquiry answered into the void.

You wake up to the lead, not a missed chance.

When it needs you, she brings it to you.

A stranger asks for something only you can grant, a quote, a slot, a discount, and she does not guess. She holds it for your approval. Approve a time and it books itself.

She answers what she can. You decide what she cannot.

The one that saves you

She catches the deal that went quiet.

A thread where they replied and you never came back gets marked your move, so the enquiry that stalled three weeks ago is in front of you again. And she caps the nagging, so a thread only resurfaces when something new actually lands.

Questions

Can a stranger get at my calendar or client information?

No. Both the widget and her public inbox run on public scope only, enforced in code before the model reads anything. A visitor or a cold emailer sees your public business facts and nothing else.

How does the website widget get installed?

One script tag on your site, set up in Settings. The concierge appears in the corner, asks visitors for a name and email, and answers from your public knowledge. You can read every conversation.

What happens when someone leaves their details?

It becomes a lead you can see, with the full conversation, and it is forwarded to your Slack. If they asked for something only you can grant, that comes to you for approval.

How is this different from Intercom or a website chatbot?

Those answer scripted FAQs. She answers from your real public business knowledge, captures the lead into your workflow, escalates to you when it is above her scope, and she is the same Chief who then preps you for the call and remembers this person next time.
